Satter Orchids is a specialized nursery with the latest atomisation techniques. Satter Orchids has an area of ​​40,000 m2. All kinds and varieties of pot orchids here are carefully grown and then prepared for transport to various flower auctions in the Netherlands. From there, these orchids are their destinations across Europe!

Purpose of Project:

The unmanned running of the spacing line (pick up and put down robot) at speed of 2000 plants per hour.

Work-out:

There pot robots of the type 9001 are placed . These are connected to the existing sorting system. These robots are equipped with a gripper fork to ensure that the pots are well caught. The pots are at a placed in front of a special plate, which reduces the falling over of pot to an absolute minimum. In case a pot will fall over, the machine will stop and send a text message to a mobile phone.
