The quality of the cuttings can vary greatly from one another compared. The grading can be done by weighing or visual checking .Crea-Tech International has developed the cutting grading carousel.
What is new about this machine is that the cuttingsare not pushed or blown away, but silently placed gently into the crates. No pneumatics used, only one plug in the socket en ready to go!!
The cutting grader is a standalone machine where the cuttings can be sorted in four adjustable styles. This is done by manually placing the cuttings on the carousel.
The carousel rotates on a weighing unit and / or camera system. Here is decided to which grade the cuttings belong. The carousel rotates just now and the cutting will drop via a trapdoor into a crate. They will be tracking how many cuttings are placed into the crate,and an automatic sliding guide makes the crate evenly filled.
The results of the cutting grading can be read into Excel and then possibly be imported into your management program.
A possible extension of the road is to measure the surface by counting the number of pixels, or a more advanced camera system.
